I remember the moment 1 fell in love with storytelling. For the final day of summer camp, all the parents and elders on their way, I was chosen to tell the Sinxit story of Frog Mountain.  I felt so honored, telling my favourite story to the elders, parents, and little ones of my community filled me with a joy and purpose. Looking at that moment now, I know that’s when my path formed.

Now I understand, acting feels like breathing to me.

During an exchange program in Quebec, I was exposed to the performing arts and fell in love. Once I returned home, I found my first opportunity in theatre with the Rossland Light Opera Players volunteer community company. Wanting to share my experience, I brought the wonder I had discovered to my school where I started a club and directed my first play, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. When I graduated, I received the Stanley Humphries Leaders Club Award for the work I did with my group and the community.

In my time training a diverse performance skill set, I realized once again that acting is my true home. So I moved to Vancouver to begin my TV and Film journey. Since starting in this city, I participated in student films and got to know some incredible emerging filmmakers. Now represented by Integral Artists, you'll find me auditioning for TV, film, and commercials, working on web series and training throughout the city. I'm always looking to surround myself with fellow creatives and pursue new ideas and projects!

I truly believe in the power of storytelling. Some people need help in ways others can’t provide. I want to help those people by inspiring them, and teaching through stories. I wish to work towards a world where storytelling can be a positive, healing experience for audiences and performers alike.

I then moved to Victoria, BC, to pursue traditional training. I completed the Canadian College of Performing Arts Diploma Program in the spring of 2022. In this program, I gained a broad understanding of performance under many teachers and mentors. While there, I was awarded the Canadian College of Performing Arts Award for Drama, the Mary Jane McGowan Artistic Director Award and the CCPA Spirit Award.
